When you use our voice AI features, audio is processed in real-time by OpenAI's Realtime API. We do not store raw audio recordings. We may store transcripts of conversations for quality assurance and to provide call history features.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or deleting your organization through the dashboard settings.
