Our Technology

TokJox is built on a modern stack designed for reliability and low latency. We use OpenAI's Realtime API for natural, sub-second voice responses, Twilio for carrier-grade telephony, and a custom WebSocket bridge server for real-time audio streaming. Our multi-tenant architecture means each business gets their own isolated workspace with custom branding, voice selection, and knowledge base.
